Eric Sauvage
President & CEO

Eric Sauvage, President & CEO, joined LBX in 2008 with 19 years of experience in various key management positions in both North America and Europe in the agricultural, construction equipment and financial services industries. Prior to joining LBX, Sauvage served as controller for construction equipment product development of CNH Global N.V. Before joining CNH, Sauvage spent five years with GTE Directories in financial operations roles, including business development.

Sauvage earned a master's degree in international management from the University of Dallas, and a bachelor's degree in financial management from Ecoles Des Cadres in Paris, France.



Joe O'Nan
Vice President & CFO

Joe O’Nan, Vice President & CFO, joined LBX in 2013 with 18 years of experience with large multinational manufacturing organizations including Lexmark, Oshkosh Truck Corporation, and Parker Hannifin.  O’Nan held several key financial management positions with these companies including being the Controller of Oshkosh Truck’s McNeilus Truck Company as well as Parker Hannifin’s Fluid Control Division and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis of Oshkosh Truck’s Commercial Segment. 

O’Nan earned an MBA and bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky.  O’Nan passed the CPA exam in 2007.



Rod Boyer
Vice President, Customer Support

Rod Boyer, Vice President of Customer Support, joined the LBX Company in January, 1999.  With over 30 years in the industry, Boyer created and now leads the Customer Support team which includes LBX Field Service, and all facets of the parts and service business.  His expertise spans a two-decade career with Case Corporation including serving as the Eastern Region General Manager of Construction Equipment, headquartered in Racine, WI.  With vast knowledge in construction, agriculture, parts, and service, Boyer continues to grow and expand our important customer-focused organization.

Boyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Ag Economics from the University of Missouri, in Columbia, MO.



Don Harvell
Vice President,
North American Sales

Don Harvell was appointed Vice President, North American Sales in January 2014. He is responsible for Sales in North America for the company’s Construction, Forestry and Material Handling Equipment. With over 30 years of experience in Sales, he came to LBX in 2002 as a Region Manager and while at LBX also held the positions of General Manager and Director of Sales for North America. Prior to LBX he was a General Sales Manager in Retail Heavy Equipment Sales.

Harvell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University.



Bradley Selack
Director of Engineering & Product Development

Bradley Selack was appointed Director of Engineering & Product Development in 2013. He came to LBX in 2006 as Engineering Manager – Forestry and Material Handling where he oversaw all Engineering activities related to Forestry, Material Handling and the High Reach Demolition Machines. Prior to joining LBX he held management positions at Lift Technologies, Inc, a front-end solutions provider to the forklift industry located in Westminster, SC and Clark Material Handling Company, maker of forklifts located in Lexington, KY.

Selack has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University.



Rob Orlowski
Director of Marketing & Communication

Rob Orlowski was named LBX Director of Marketing and Communication in June 2015. Prior to joining LBX, he was Product Manager for Excavators at Komatsu America Corp. Orlowski also spent 14 years with CNH in various sales and marketing roles in construction equipment, after-sales and financial services, including Marketing Product Manager-Global Telematics, Market Intelligence Manager, and Business Development Manager.

Orlowski holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, and studied Mechanical Engineering Technology at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
