Robert Harvell
President & CEO

 

Robert G. Harvell, President and CEO of LBX Company, has more than 35 years of experience in the equipment industry. He was appointed President and CEO of LBX Company in 2000, having previously served as Executive Vice-President. His career in the equipment manufacturing industry began with FMC Corporation and the Link-Belt organization where he held various positions in Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations in both the international and North American markets.

Throughout his career, Harvell has served on the Board of Directors for various corporations and trade associations including AED, ARTBA, SC&RA, CIMA and AEM. In 1996 Harvell was elected Chairman of CIMA. As an AEM Board member, Harvell has helped set the guidelines and operating policies of the association on behalf of its members in areas including technical and safety services, market information and equipment statistics, global public policy, trade shows, international support services, education and training, workforce development and worksite safety/educational materials.

Harvell is a 1971 graduate of Kansas State University and a 1976 graduate of the University of Texas.



Eric Sauvage
Executive Vice President & CFO

 

Eric Sauvage, Executive Vice-President and CFO, joined LBX in 2008 with 19 years of experience in various key management positions in both North America and Europe in the agricultural, construction equipment and financial services industries. Prior to joining LBX, Sauvage served as controller for construction equipment product development of CNH Global N.V. Before joining CNH, Sauvage spent five years with GTE Directories in financial operations roles, including business development.

Sauvage earned a master's degree in international management from the University of Dallas, and a bachelor's degree in financial management from Ecoles Des Cadres in Paris, France.



Isamu Mitsuhashi
Vice President Business Planning
 

Isamu Mitsuhashi joined LBX in July 2010 as Vice President Business Planning. His specialized knowledge of the global excavator machinery business and marketing operations was forged during his 23-year tenure at Sumitomo Construction Machinery, the parent company of LBX, where he served in various capacities including Manager of Corporate Planning. Mitsuhashi works in the development of the long-term growth and expansion strategy for LBX.

Mitsuhashi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tokyo Metropolitan University in March 1987.



Rod Boyer
Vice President, Customer Support
 

Rod Boyer, Vice President of Customer Support, came to LBX Company in January 1999. Boyer's responsibilities include the overall management of all field service and parts activities for LBX Company. Boyer came to this position after serving as General Manager of construction equipment, Eastern Region for Case Corp. He has more than 20 years of experience in service, parts and sales.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from the University of Missouri.



Michael Davis
Vice President, Marketing/Sales
 

Mike Davis, Vice President of Marketing and Sales, joined LBX Company in January 1999 as Director of Marketing and Sales. He is responsible for all North American and International sales and marketing for the company's full range of construction, forestry and material handling equipment. Prior to joining LBX he held management positions at Link-Belt Construction Equipment Company in Lexington and Scott Truck and Tractor in Monroe, Louisiana. He also has worked with the Case Corporation in sales and with Case Credit Corporation.

Davis has a bachelor's of science degree in agricultural economics from the University of Missouri in Columbia.



Brad Selack
Director of Engineering
 

Bradley Selack was appointed Director of Engineering for LBX Company in June 2010. He came to LBX in 2006 as Engineering Manager – Forestry and Material Handling where he oversaw all Engineering activities related to Forestry, Material Handling and the High Reach Demolition Machines. Prior to joining LBX he held management positions at Lift Technologies, Inc, a front-end solutions provider to the forklift industry located in Westminster, SC and Clark Material Handling Company, maker of forklifts located in Lexington, KY.

Selack has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University.



Yoshio Uno
Director of Finance and Corporate Auditor
 

Yoshio Uno accepted the position of Director of Finance and Corporate Auditor for LBX in July 2010. His expertise in the construction equipment market was developed through his 24-year tenure with Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Link-Belt Construction Equipment Company, and Sumitomo Construction Machinery. Additionally, Uno has served as corporate auditor for S.H.I Examination & Inspection, Ltd., Sumitomo Heavy Industries Marine & Engineering Co., Ltd., and Sumiju Precision Forging Co., Ltd. At LBX, he is responsible for banking, treasury and intercompany reporting.

Uno earned a Bachelor's Degree of Law from Waseda University in 1986.
